I called it early in the morning with nasty tooth pain.They were able to fit me in For a root canal the same day. The entire staff is fantastic. I highly recommend them. they are very responsive to your needs and extremely accommodating.
This is the best office for the services performed. The entire staff at the front desk, the assistants, the Doctor and including the equipment and technology are by far second to none. Each person explained the task at hand in detail and what to expect. I felt in complete comfort in their care from the billing to the surgery. Doc completes his work with such efficiency and his staff certainly performs their tasks in the same manner. For being in an industry where people hate to visit, this office will certainly change your mind about having to get “work” done. Keeping my chompers is important to me and thanks to them, I can continue to use them without pain and suffering. Thank you Precision!
I was referred by my dentist for a possible root canal. They took an x-ray of my tooth and decided I did need a root canal. Dr. Urzua explained the procedure and asked if I wanted to do it the same day. I did. He checked on me throughout the procedure. They after care directions were very clear. I had very minimal pain afterwards. They called to check on me the next day. Very pleased!
I was referred to Precision Endodontics by my regular dentist for a root canal and clearing of an infection. When I arrived the staff was very professional and nice. They explained that I would be seeing Dr. Fernando Urzua in a couple minutes. Brought me back through a very clean office area into a room.
Dr. Fernando Urzua was amazing and explained how bad my infection was and informed me of the process. It was very scary, but somehow he made me feel comfortable. Separate office staff was brought in to explain billing. They offered options for xrays. I choose the 3D scan because I wanted to be sure of infection and I have sinus issues.
Within two visits my root canal was done and infection was cleared. Never had any reel pain afterwards and I would highly recommend this office to anybody. Thank you Dr. Fernando Urzua and staff for taking such great care of me and for what you guys do! 🙂
This was a great experience from start to finish. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They walked me through the process and I know what my portion of the costs would be up front.
Because I am very difficult to numb up, I had oral sedation. I felt absolutely no pain and did not remember anything from the procedure.
If I have the need for another root canal, I will return here where I am very comfortable.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! My husband’s root canal took only about 30 minutes and he had no pain at all. It has been three days since and still no pain. Dr. Urzua and his staff are all wonderful. We would give them ten stars if we could.
I had a crack in my tooth that was that was giving me excruciating pain. I walked in Angela could not be nicer. She was able to get me in with the doctor who was so nice and repaired the tooth taking the pain away. I am forever grateful. Thank you so much.
I have had two procedures with Precision Endodontics in the last year and both experiences have been wonderful. In both cases, I was in severe pain (which happened quickly) and they were able to accommodate me and work me into their extremely busy schedules. Their goal is to make sure their patients are not in pain and they will do everything they can to make sure they take care of you as soon as they can. The staff is very professional and the facility is top notch in their field. They follow up next day after a procedure/visit to see how you are feeling. Overall, I have been very happy with the care that I have had with them. Thank you to the wonder doctors and staff at Precision Endodontics!
